See What Happens When Things Go Wrong in Proerpty Management
If you’ve rented a house before, chances are you get sick and tired of dealing with management companies. It’s kind of similar to disliking your boss.
But that doesn’t always have to be the case. Some companies take pride in knowing they won’t put a property on the market unless it meets a certain standard. When looking for a place to rent, it’s important you check out all aspects of the home on your showing:
If it’s on septic, is the salt tank full? Do the appliances work? Is A/C or heat working properly?
Sometimes good management companies make mistakes. In this case, the A/C and refrigerator stopped working properly as the property sat vacant for a few weeks. When the tenants moved in, they unfortunately moved in with the issues.
Even though we had it fixed within a few days, it was a major inconvenience for everyone involved. Sometimes things just happen, and when they do, we’ll own up to it and do what’s right to get it fixed.
