Do Tenants Hate Property Managers?

It’s not hard to hate something, it’s human nature. It’s much easier for people to focus on negative things, rather than the positive.
The Tenant Landlord relationship has always been a complicated one since the beginning of time, but it gets even more complicated once you throw a property management company in the mix.
Over the years, we started noticing a trend of false blame being put on property managers when it’s simply not deserved. We’re not trying to offset blame, but rather taking the time to focus on the real issues at hand and help educate both Landlords and Tenants on how the business works, and why sometimes being frustrated with a property management company is waste of energy.
