If you love your time on Sanibel, then welcome to Unit B6 of the “original” Sanibel Arms Complex. This 1 bedroom 1 bath dockside unit on the canal has boating/kayaking access to the Gulf, and the warm pool and incredible white sandy beach is just a minutes walk away. The location can’t be beat with a short bike ride to the light house as well as shops and ice cream. This dockside unit and the entire direct beach access that Sanibel Arms offers is one of the best values on the island. You are afforded manicured grounds, lovely pool and clubhouse, attentive office staff, canal side dockage for boaters and explorers. Kayak or watch the dolphins play. Direct access to the wonderful natural beach and its family friendly walk-able sandbar. The complex has an on-site manager with active rental program if you choose to join. B6 rented for 27 weeks in 2022, before Hurricane Ian interrupted the wonderful island life. At this time, the complex is being remediated. Luckily B6 was not substantially damaged. For example, the roof, windows, flooring, kitchen and bathroom are intact, and pending drywall repair is limited.
