Guys, welcome to the video section of our website. I’m seriously so excited that you found your way here, some way, some how. This is the place to be for property management, this is where you’re going to learn things, this is where you’re going to have a laugh watching our videos.
Look, I know what you’re doing. You’re on the internet, you’re looking at videos, you’re looking at different websites, and you’re trying to answer two questions. A) Who should be my property manager? and B)If I’m going to do it myself, how do I even do it, where do I start? There’s so many videos and so many things on the internet, but look. On this page, you’re going to see a bunch of different video titles and they’re all going to pertain to different parts of property management. We have tenant selection, we have maintenance, we have fees, we have everything!
The bottom line is this, we’re a family run business for thirty-five years, we’re big, we have three locations that cover all of Southwest Florida. But what does that mean to you? All of these videos are 35 years of knowledge, and we transposed it into videos and put it on our site so you can become the expert.
So I urge you, go through this page. Look at some of the titles of the videos. Some of them are going to pop out. You’re gonna have questions about some things, they’re gonna answer them, I guarantee it. We’re the thought leaders of property management. We don’t learn how to do this business, we teach others how to do it.
